Active Job Detail Report
Easily review production for the whole company.
In our most recent update (10.6.05), Chronicle’s Active Job Detail report lets you review production (and pre-production) jobs to see where key elements have fallen behind schedule and which jobs need action to keep them on schedule.
This report lets owners and managers review production for the whole company, for particular employees, for departments or divisions, for insurance companies, and more. This report becomes the basis for meetings centered on what needs to be done and how to keep jobs on schedule. (The WIP/Unearned Sales and Financial reports provide the info needed for financial evaluation.)
This report lets project managers and estimators keep on top of their active jobs—seeing what activities and documents are needed to complete each job.
In the collapsed view, the report gives a one line summary for each job, letting you know how many items are overdue, how many are due within a day, and how many are due within three days.
In the semi-collapsed view—with only departments expanded—you can see the same information for each active department that meets your conditions.
For detail on what activities need to be done and what documents need to be added, you can expand individual jobs or expand the whole report.
This report also lets you see the date of the last journal and the number of journals so you can make sure each job is being updated with emails and notes.
As with our other reports, you can customize which information you need on this report, enabling you to pick the information you need and to remove what you don’t so the report isn’t cluttered.
