Our native mobile app can also be used to change the status of activities. This provides you with a live picture of what is happening in your business. From the Job Manager, you can double click on any job to answer further questions such as: Do we have all the required documents to proceed on the job? Who is scheduled to work on the next part of the job, and when? Is proper communications occurring on this job? Are we on track to meet our financial projections? Each job file is a rich source of information that can be utilized to make informed decisions.
Scheduling is a Snap
From our Job Manager, we also let you go straight to our built-in Scheduler. Our Scheduler lets you add, edit, delete, or shift multiple events at a time. Anytime an event regarding an employee is added or altered, the individual can be notified either by email or pop-up reminder within Chronicle. Instead of being bound to a printed calendar which is hard to update, we give you a solution that is dynamic which can be easily adjusted at will.
Job Costing is Automatic
If you notice that a job is taking longer than it should through the insight provided by our Job Manager, you can drill into the individual job file to see a break down of your labor, and sub and material costs. With this financial data, you will be able to better project how much a project is really going to cost.
